2640 Quevillon shares its grounds and its postal code with our building on avenue Chauvin, and shares the outdoor pool and tennis court with it too. Both are included for tenants rather than charged as an extra, which is unusual at this rent.

The apartments are bright and renovated in a condo style, in a quiet, clean, professionally managed building with an on-site concierge. Schools in both English and French are close by, with the highways a short drive away.

The 5½ has had the more recent renovation of the two shown below - marble-look tiling, a walk-in shower and a separate bath. Worth comparing the two galleries before you decide which size to ask about.
