Three civic numbers - 1080, 1090 and 1100 - on boulevard de Montarville, a minute's walk from route 86 to downtown Montréal. Promenades Montarville is a 9-minute walk, and the golf course and Carrefour de la Rive-Sud are a few minutes by car.
Heating, hot water and the water tax are included in the rent, so the winter bill does not move. There is an on-site concierge, and laundry hookups are set up in the apartment rather than only in a shared room.
