453 Darontal is a concrete building with proper soundproofing, which in practice is the difference between hearing your neighbours and not. It sits in a quiet, practical part of Boucherville, a 6-minute walk from Parc Bois-de-Brouage and minutes by car from the Îles-de-Boucherville national park, with Highway 132 close by.
Electricity, heating, hot water and the water tax are all included - there is no Hydro-Québec account to open and no seasonal swing in what you pay. The building has an elevator, an intercom, camera surveillance, a waste chute on each floor and an on-site concierge.
