What the listings are
The apartments shown here are information, not an offer to lease. Rents, apartment sizes, availability and inclusions are shown in good faith and are accurate as far as we know at the time of publishing, but they can change without notice and nothing on this site reserves an apartment for you.
Availability changes constantly. An apartment shown as free may be let by the time you enquire. We update the site regularly but we cannot promise it is correct at the moment you read it.
Inclusions differ between buildings. What one building includes in the rent, another may bill separately. Each building's page sets out its own. Where the two conflict, the signed lease governs.
Photographs and video
Photographs and video show a particular apartment at a particular time. The apartment you are offered may differ in layout, finish, outlook and condition.
Where a room has been furnished for the photograph, we label it as staged. Staging is there to show scale. The furniture is not included and is not part of what you would rent.
Distances and travel times to nearby places are approximate and depend on how you travel and when.
Enquiries and applications
Sending an enquiry or joining a waiting list does not create any obligation on either side. An application does not oblige us to grant a lease, and we assess applications on the criteria set out at the time, which include a credit check and proof of employment.
No tenancy exists until a lease is signed by both parties. The lease is the standard form prescribed for Québec residential leases and it, rather than this website, sets out the rights and obligations between us.
Using the site
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape or republish the content, photographs or video without our permission;
- use the forms to send unsolicited commercial messages;
- attempt to gain access to any part of the site you are not meant to reach; or
- use the site in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else's use of it.
Our content
The text, photographs, video, layout, logo and design of this site belong to CGK Realties Inc. or are used with permission. You may look at them and print pages for your own use in finding an apartment. Anything else needs our written agreement.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another website, including map providers, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
Availability of the site
We try to keep the site available and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and of Canada as applicable in Québec, and the courts of Québec have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
