CGK Realties is a family-run rental housing company. We own twenty-one apartment buildings across Greater Montréal and the South Shore, and we look after every one of them ourselves.

Our values
CGK Realties is a family business. We own the buildings we rent, we manage them from one office in Laval, and the people who make the decisions are the people you speak to.
The tenant comes first. Most of renting happens after the lease is signed, and that is where our attention goes. Every building has its own concierge on site, and the office behind them is a short drive away.
Plain dealing. What a rent includes differs from one building to the next. We set it out on every building page, so that nothing which matters is discovered after the move.
Buildings we keep. These are not properties we run for somebody else. We maintain them to the standard we would want to live in, because the name on them is ours.
