Le Mimoza is not open for viewings yet. It is a recent three-storey building on 56e Rue in Laval-Ouest, and it will be added to our portfolio in the near future. We are publishing what we know now so that anyone looking in Laval-Ouest can put their name down early.
What is already clear is the specification, and it is a step above most of what is available at this end of Laval: two lifts, an indoor parking space and a storage locker for every apartment, wall-mounted air conditioning, hot water and Wi-Fi included, a telephone intercom, outlets for charging an electric car, and a heated saltwater pool outside.
Apartment sizes and rents are not set yet. Rather than guess at them, we would sooner take your details and tell you the real numbers the moment they exist.
