The building
1020 de Salaberry sits in Ahuntsic-Cartierville, one of the quieter corners of Montréal that still puts you minutes from the métro, the hospital, and Highway 15. The apartments have been renovated throughout - bright rooms, hardwood floors, and generous closet space.
There is an on-site concierge, intercom entry, and camera surveillance at the doors. Heating, hot water, and the water tax are all included in the rent, so what you sign for is close to what you actually pay each month.

Walk through it
Photographs flatten a room. The tour shows you how the apartment actually connects: how far the kitchen is from the bedroom, what the light does across the day, and how the common areas look on an ordinary weekday.
If it looks right, the quickest next step is to stand in it. The building's concierge does the viewings and can usually fit you in the same week.
