The building
1750 Lévesque was built in 2005, which makes it the youngest building in the portfolio. Concrete construction and sound-dampening between units, on the same riverfront stretch as its neighbour at 1700, near the marina and Highway 19.
There is a lift, an intercom, camera surveillance, a waste chute on each floor and an on-site concierge. The water tax is included; heating and electricity are billed separately on your own Hydro-Québec account.
