The building
234 Pierrefontaine sits in a practical, peaceful and safe area just off Highway 15 - far enough from the road to be quiet, close enough that the drive into Laval or Montréal is straightforward.
The apartments have been renovated to a condo-style finish: white kitchens with subway tile, marble-look bathrooms, and hardwood through the living areas. Hot water and the water tax are included, and there is an on-site concierge.
